Andre Paden is InEight’s Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) subject matter expert. He works with a team of engineers and product owners who develop solutions to help solve customers’ greatest project challenges while increasing their profitability and agility. Andre helps drive digital transformation in the industry by bringing together innovation, technology, and data.

Before InEight, Andre led the AWP implementation for Kellogg, Brown, and Root Construction, acting as the point person for adopting and implementing AWP solutions on new projects. He moved into this post after serving various roles ranging from Project Engineer, Field Engineer to Project Controls Manager. Andre used his experience in multiple positions and projects to lead KBR’s transition into digital construction delivery. Andre holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland.
